Hello incoming and current Key Club members it’s that time of year again, time to find a project that works for you! This year the Food Bank is eager for new volunteers. If you enjoy working with a small group of fun, friendly, and positive people then the Food Bank is a great way for you to get involved in the community. With the ¬†Jenks Food Bank minutes from our campus getting involved is really simple. We meet up every Saturday (10:00 am- 12:00 pm) of the week to help organize and package the food for those in need, if you are interested in helping with this please contact me here at or text my cell phone number (918-625-2166).

There is also plenty of opportunities to volunteer at the Tulsa Food Bank ( ) where you may also sort and package donated food, this happens more frequently. To contact the Tulsa Food Bank about volunteer times please email me or the director of volunteers at the food bank, most jobs will be during the morning hours and you will need to set up a date ahead of time!

The Tulsa Food Bank has shifted to an online sign in sheet so you will need to sign up on the website prior to volunteering as well as then join the Jenks Key Club group during registration (

For any information or questions you may have about Food Bank volunteering please do not hesitate to contact me. I hope to see you at a Food Bank soon!

Please remember to submit your own hours when volunteering at the Food Bank!
