Food Bank Drive

Hello Key Club Members! Earn service points by donating to the Jenks Food Bank:

Every donation of 15 cans or $15 gets you one service hour. Take a picture with your donation at the Jenks Food Bank, and submit it to this form:

Turn in your donations by the end of November, donations must be dropped off at the food bank, not at school. Thank you!

Christian Minister’s Alliance Christmas Toy and Food Giveaway

Date: Dec 18

Time: 6-9 pm

Location: Old Gilcrease Middle School, 5550 e 56th street north

Tasks: Students will help prepare toy and food baskets, and hand them out


  • Masks mandatory, gloves optional
  • Social distancing in effect
  • Alliance serves over 3,000 low-income families from TPS, Union, and Bixby at Thanksgiving, more at Christmas

Volunteer at Flycatcher Trail!

Help make improvements to the garden and clean out flower beds to help prepare for winter and keep the garden beautiful for students and the Jenks community to use! Friends and family are also welcome to come. Volunteers should bring water and a mask.

Time: Saturday, October 10th, 9:00 am-noon, students may come and go as needed.

Location: Flycatcher Trail,  located on the Northeast corner of the Jenks High School campus, near the back oval of the Freshman Academy.

Food Drive and Materials Drive

Hay! Key clubbers We are doing Food Drive for Retirement Home and Also if you could sew reusable face masks that will be awesome! Because face mask is becoming a nationwide shortage. you can also drop of encouragement notes.

they take any type of non-perishable and also toiletries. but they could use mac & cheese, wrapped dessert items, bags of potatoes and rice

Materials Drive :

100% cotton material for masks that needs to be washed in hot water and run through a hot dryer cycle.

Sweetheart Dance

Hello! West Elementary is having a Family Sweetheart Dance on Thursday, February 13 in the West Elementary building F gym. it is from 4:30pm to 8:00pm there are 3 shift that you can sing up

Jenks Conservation Club (at Turkey Mountain)

“Hello, the Jenks Conservation Club is hosting an event at Turkey Mountain where they will be hiking different trails and picking up the trash that is found (gloves and trash bags will be provided). The event will last two hours but the date has not been determined. They would like to know how many people would be interested in helping out. You can indicate that you would like to participate by signing up below but you are not committed to participate by doing so. This is just to allow for a rough guess for how many people will be there. Those who sign up will be contacted at a later time when the date is finalized then you can choose whether or not to attend. You will be able to count these two hours towards Key Club and Distinguished Service Graduate. Thank you for your help! If you have any questions contact Holly Hilst at

This event is the appreciation cookout for State of Oklahoma Patriot Guard Riders. It will be held outside and they need Helping with serving, directing and cleaning. it will be 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on September 22 on Sunday. The event will take place at Legend Assisted Living and Memory Care at Tulsa Hill  701 W. 71St S, Tulsa, OK 74132.

Make sure to check-in at the entrance to the building.
