SE Elementary needs 15 volunteers to help at Meet the Teacher on August 3rd starting at 8am and August 14th time TBD. Volunteers will be moving boxes, helping pass out school supplies and most likely helping set up rooms. If you have dollies you can bring to help transport boxes, it will be helpful! Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested!!!
Health Services needs 2 student volunteers to help teach the Smart Hearts Club to 3rd and 4th graders at Jenks Southeast Elementary. The club is a three week class in February, meeting on Thursdays only from 3:30-4:30. The meeting dates are February 2, 9, 16.
During this time the following skills will be taught from a written curriculum:
What is a heart attack
How to take your pulse
How to perform CPR
What is an AED
During each meeting there are 4 stations set up, and 20 students rotated through in small groups. The student volunteers will teach one station each, with assistance from the campus nurses.
I need two students who would be able to volunteer for each of the three dates stated above. This opportunity is great for any students who are interested in a career in the medical field. If you are able to volunteer, email me at email@example.com.
Hi everyone! If you signed up for more information about K2K Southeast, you should have gotten an email last week. I still have a few teachers who would love to have someone volunteer for them, so please email me if you are interested as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks to everyone who has already signed up!
Hey everyone! I just wanted to say that everyone is doing a great job aiding. Be sure to sign in at the projects sheets in the front desk.
Hi my name is Amera Elsayed and I am the board member for southeast. This is a fun way of earning service hours by aiding a teacher. Be sure to sign in on the projects sheets in the front when you enter. If you have any questions my number is 9186409910 and my email is email@example.com
Everyone has been doing great going to volunteer, but PLEASE REMEMBER TO SIGN OUT OF THE KEY CLUB BOOK WHEN YOU LEAVE!!! No one can log your hours if you don’t, which hurts you and the club.
So, I have two teachers whose aides are not showing up. I need to replace them and give these teachers new people. If there is anyone who can aide for a teacher once (or more) a week, that would be quite nifty. Email me if you are interested. First come, first serve.
Hey guys! I just wanted to mention that I have noticed some people haven’t been revisiting the project sheet book after they finish volunteering. We can’t count your hours if we don’t know how long you were there, so be sure to write that down.
Thanks, and hope y’all have a great night!
