October General Meeting Powerpoint

Hey everyone,
I know that school hasn’t even started yet, but there is an exciting volunteering opportunity next Friday and Saturday! IndiaFest is a fun and simple way to help out the community and learn about a new culture. The event will be held on the lower level of the River Spirit Expo Center (4145 E. 21st St., Tulsa) and they have requested some volunteers.

August 18- Set up from 4:30pm-8pm. They need at least 8 guys to help out with the heavy lifting.
August 19- Event from 11am-5pm. Volunteers will be doing miscellaneous tasks and running errands all day. I will be splitting the event into two shifts, 11-2 and 2-5, and they need 8 volunteers per shift.
August 19- Tear down at 6 pm. They need at least 8 guys to help clean up the whole event.

Please feel free to work for more than one shift or one day if you would like to.

The North Tulsa Ministerial Alliance has asked if we could collect toys for Santa to hand out to kids at a community Christmas party next Thursday. If you’d like to participate, anything from basketballs, footballs, dolls, match box, puzzles, board games, etc. will work perfectly!

Please drop these items off at Mrs. Langley’s room (MS216)!
