Advisory Math Tutoring

Hey Key Clubbers!

During most advisory periods, Coach Calabrese has a “Math Lab” at the Freshman Academy. This is for students who need help with Algebra I and Geometry, so volunteers need to have already taken geometry. This is a great way to get service hours during the school day!

Sign up for days using the google spreadsheet below!

Tutors Needed!

Hi everyone, the math lab is in need of tutors in the afternoon. Anyone can tutor, simply go to the math lab in Building 6 (Mr. Rehanek’s room) after school Tuesdays and Thursdays! As of this month, we suffer from a shortage of tutors although we have plenty of capable tutors who can both help others and earn hours in the process, so stop by the math lab after school Tuesdays and Thursdays and earn hours through tutoring! Tutoring hours after school are from 2:30-3:30. Contact me if you have any questions. Thanks!

Dear Key Clubbers,

This is an update for HS tutoring! This takes place directly after school on tuesdays and thursdays in room 6145 with Mrs. Polliota.  Tutoring someone on campus is a easier and more convenient if transportation is an issue.  The only requirement to tutor math is that you have to be in Pre – Calc/ Trig right now. But other than that ,we really would appreciate all volunteers and I look forward to a good school year!

Hey Key Clubbers!

This is just an update for High School Tutoring:
At the moment we are in need of tutors for Thursday After School (2:40). Last week there were 6 tutorees and not a single tutor 🙁

Please Please come if you can; Mrs. Garrison and your peers really need your help!
This takes place in the Math & Science Building, so there’s not need to arrange a ride 🙂

In addition, this also counts for NHS hours!!!

If you have any questions, you can email me at: 🙂

The hours for H.S. Tutoring have changed to:

Wednesday Morning  6:45 A.M. -7:45 A.M.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Afternoon 2:40 P.M. -3:40 P.M.

High school tutoring takes place at Mrs. Garrison’s room! (MS 210)

Have a good day, everyone! (:
